Quarantine gave us so much time right? People are saying everyone is a chef now, everyone is a gym instructor and all that sounds like thats a bad thing. Haters gonna hate. I think it is just sharing the stoke, recipes and useful exercises.
I am sharing two recipes today. One is Sweet potato brownie and the other one is Chocolate chip cookies. You won’t regret making those!
Sweet potato browniesIngredients:
- ½ cup almond butter (or any other nut butter)
- ½ cup cooked sweet potato
- 1 large egg (optional)
- 6 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking soda
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor in the order listed and process until the batter is smooth and creamy
- Bake 15-20 minute
Ingredients:
- 1 cup salted butter (melted)
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 190°C
- In seperate bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder
- Mix together butter and sugar
- Beat in eggs and vanilla until fluffy
- Mix in the dry ingredients
- Add chocolate chips
- Make small balls out of the dough and place them on the baking pan
- Bake 8-10 minutes
They should still be soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside.
